General Bonus Terms

Live Betting

Odds in Live Betting change in real time. A bet is only valid once it has been successfully confirmed. In the event of a disconnection or technical issue that leaves a bet unresolved, 11bt will make a reasonable decision.

Prohibited Activities

• Match fixing or placing bets using insider information is strictly prohibited
• Using automated software or bots to place bets is strictly prohibited.
• Attempting to exploit system vulnerabilities or bugs for financial gain is prohibited
• Placing opposing bets on the same event from two or more accounts (arbitrage betting) is prohibited.

11bt follows a KYC (Know Your Customer) verification process to ensure safe and transparent services. Completing KYC is mandatory before making withdrawals or when transactions exceed a specified amount.

KYC verification typically requires the following documents: a National ID (NID) or passport, proof of current address, and proof of ownership of the payment method used.
